It was not uncommon to receive messages from her both in the last two hours of the day and then again in the first early morning hours. And Lorenza was always available for teleconferences enabling us to efficiently connect thru multiple time zones and abnormal meeting times. This flexibility enabled us to feel in control in a dynamic and shifting environment. If this was not enough, Lorenza's personal relationships with a comprehensive range of inspection and renovation contractors and escrow services proved invaluable. Finding Lorenza was the luckiest break we had when purchasing our home. Within minutes of talking to her, she recommended a property for my wife and I to check out, and it was exactly what we were looking for! She showed us quite a few other homes, and prepared a detailed itinerary so we could compare all our options easily. We ended up purchasing the one she first recommended, and that's where it became even clearer how valuable she was. Lorenza walked us through every step of the process, and protected us from contingencies which could have cost us thousands of dollars. We honestly felt bad for our sellers because their realtor was so obviously outmatched! Lorenza Rinaldini was our realtor for the sale of our home in Valencia and also for the purchase of our new home in Camarillo. We found Lorenza through a listing she had for a house in North Ranch. After talking to her on the phone and then meeting her in person, we were so impressed with her dedication and conscientious nature we knew we had found the right realtor. We were fortunate to have had Lorenza Rinaldini handle the sale of our home. Our home was listed and through her dedication, knowledge and hard work it was sold at an Open House within a couple of days of being for sale. Unfortunately, due to the buyer, there were numerous “bumps on the road,” but thanks to Lorenza the effects to us were minimal. The deal ended up falling through with our first buyer. Again, our house was sold within days of being put on the market for a second time. We would not have known how to handle the many complications that arose during the sale of our home. Lorenza started out being "just our realtor." She was the realtor assigned to us by my husband's relocation representative. We were moving 3,000 miles to the Los Angeles area from the east coast. Lorenza Rinaldini helped us achieve what we and everyone else thought was nearly impossible in today’s market. After several months of looking casually at Moorpark real estate, the house of our dreams popped up with a reduced price, and we wanted to jump on it. The problem was that the house we owned was not even on the market (and was not yet in a condition to be shown), and it was 2 weeks before Christmas. We were not working with a realtor yet, but had met Lorenza at an open house a few weeks before, and were very impressed, so we decided to give her a call. Within an hour of talking with Lorenza that day, after getting assurances that she would do everything possible to get our house sold so that we could buy the home we had just found, we decided to move forward with listing our house – despite the terrible holiday timing (not to mention the torrential rain that month).
